Oh feck.
Now there's something else to go on my list of crazed projects.
Operation Flashpoint Novelisation.
As the sun rose that morning, it seemed to be fighting a losing battle with the night, as though it were trying to attack a fortress with nothing but an orange. Somehow, against all odds, it prevailed, perhaps rallied by the bugle calls that sounded across the island of Malden.
The bugle calls could do little to improve the mood of the men in Sgt. Berghof’s squad. Quite the opposite was true, in fact, as it meant that they had another day of route marching ahead of them. That said, they were still in quite high spirits, as their tour would soon be over, and they would be off home back to the US.
