I was reading through a report on Joystiq about the ESRB and 3D Realms...

Pretty average story, but I had to laugh at part the ESRB's response...

"Unfortunately, due to 3D Realms' lack of experience submitting games to the ESRB, it would appear that they were unaware of the various industry guidelines in place and the consequences of not complying with those guidelines."

As the article says, Duke Nukem Forever dig perchance?

I can't see that stopping him. In fact it means he can have lots of risky drunken sex without having to worry about getting into a he said/she said date rape case.

He'd only need to point to the bruises on the okay button to be cleared.
