darn newton...

as some of you may know, I am making a Newtonian mod. I have come into a problem. when you dogfight a maneuverable fighter it comes too hard and in the end it is boring. they just move too darn fast. what should I do about it?

Now what am I supposed to put here?

looking at btrl/tbp tables, i see that they made the turn time different on all the axis. for example-you turn around in a 360 (horizontal movement) then you flp around in a 360 (verticle). also, turn times are usualy 3-5 for the manueverable fighters, and 6-8 for the VERY SLOW bombers and gunships.

ps: 12 ms is ridiculous for a capital ship with engine slarger than those on shuttles today. and those can break free from gravity!

True, but capital ships are also many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many times larger than Shuttles.

so are the engines. and if you take into acount the propulsion technology of that era, you get 100 ms.

(these guys have pulse weapons, which apparently slow down energy particles and mix them with gasses to give them color. their tech is WAY beyond ours.)

O Rly?

Don't forget that they have interdimensional plane (not of the snake-bearing variety) travel, that allows them to cover lightyears in minutes/seconds.

And certainly let us not forget the awesome Vasudan technology, and their recent advancments in the fields of singing. And Headz.
