Getting rid of shaving rash / spots?

In the modern age, men are using facial products a lot more than before. I'm one of those modern folk ... Ok, so heres the products I currently use. I admit, I never used all these before but continually getting shaving-spots is really getting me down. The other day I got an appearance of about 10 pimples on my skin that weren't there before. I never get pimples as a rule, sure I get shaving-spots... but not elsewhere on my face. So I'm thinking something I've used casued it... So what out of these products, could have caused it? Someone with some knowledge of the ingredients and such would help..
* I use Face Wash before shaving (been using once a day for a year almost)
* I use a Gilette or Palmolive Shaving Foam (Not Cream or Gel)
* Aftershaving I apply Nivea Aftershave Balm
* Recently I started applying Razor Relief Cream about 5 minutes after having too (ASWELL as the Nivea Balm before...mistake to use both?). Stopped for timebeing.
* I use Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream about 10 minutes after shaving once the skin is dry, mainly because the balm makes the skin dry and it's recommended... Recently I started applying it twice a day but I think I'll go back to just one time a day.
* I bought a Loreal Renovator (Exfoliator) which I've used once a week recently. I'm not sure what to make of it since I've never tried it before. I don't like the way it says "This product can make your skin sensitive to sunlight, so it's recommended to use sunblock often" - What? I don't want to apply yet more creams on my face. Is it really worth using that exfoliator?
Hm, so, is there something I should change / remove there? I'm kind of bothered by the Exfoliator, seems good but I don't want to apply sunblock every day just because I'm using it! The shaving spots aren't something I can seem to get rid of, but I don't want pimples too...
