Downloads and Projects offline

Just so everyone knows, nearly every download on the site (D3/Freespace) is currently offline. The reason is I'm moving everything to the main Sectorgame server. This also means that developers FTP accounts are offline - You will be informed of your new access information once everything has been transferred.
