So, my friend has a photo gallery.. In that gallery, she has about 30 different folders, each from different countries of about 100-200 pictures each, all of them pretty amazing. Haha, so I've met a world traveller, and now I'm so so envious. I really have got to stop meeting such well educated, well travelled people. It's putting me to shame! And I feel so small and UNEDUCATED! It's really irritating. I know, at the end of the day... it doesn't matter that much. But we're only human and so subject to these emotions from time to time. Anyway, have you ever had the feelings of envy, and what was it over?

I wish I knew people who were worldly so I could be jealous.

Hehehe, that's like wishing harm on yourself. Mental torture!

Seriously though, people who have been everywhere never impressed me. It just means they've never been somewhere long enough to do or mean anything.

I don't think I've ever been particularly jealous of anything, at that...I wonder why.

I guess that depends on what our wants are in life. If one is not interested in travelling, then you won't be envious. :) Afterall, you can spend a lifetime in one place and not make an impact or "do anything with meaning", no matter how hard you may try to.

Why is that steering wheel on the wrong side! That totally screws up the car!

Yeah, and I live here, and still find that SO irritating. It's not that it's the wrong side, but the majority of the world is the OTHER side - It's about time they got with the times!

The US will concede that Metric is the proper format, if and only if the UK and the nations it affected will concede that they chose the wrong side of the road to drive on! :p

I plan to go holidaying next year sometime. Still not sure where.

I've heard Italy is a wonderful place to go on holiday to, just has that atmosphere or some such.
