Well, my first 2 days at college are over, one more day of Induction and then I have the rest of the week off

Apart from the fact I have to take late enrolment next week for the Uni, because the College forgot to send my details through, all is going well, if a little...odd.

Why odd? Because I thought to myself today as I looked at the 19-20-year olds and realised that I was writing programs before any of them were born.

Kara might be starting to experience things along this line now, . Most of you have still got that sensation to look forward to. It's sort of unsettling and yet comforting at the same time

I ended up teaching basic electronics to most of my class in first year due to an unfortunate situation with the lecturer being hard to understand, and assholes who were just in uni for the drinking privelages who heckled from the back of the room.

I find that I can go into most classes reasonably sure of myself, even the ones with less likable lecturers (elitism seems to be a disease amoungst uni lecturers).

Being older does have its advantages when it comes to studying.
