F2S is a pretty old site now, and is pretty much redundant. What I want to do is revamp it - But get rid of it, in a way. F2S still has the largest archive of mods out there, and I'm thinking maybe it's time to make it even larger by including every campaign and what-not (and I mean everything anyone will submit, even music videos) - The idea would be to strip down F2S and redesign it, turning it into a pure "file" site where users can upload stuff with ease, and a system would be created where moderators can approve files for quick submission. The modding scene is still very active, and I'd provide a permanent source for people to upload their stuff. The reason I haven't in the past is well, money - Space and bandwidth. But now we have more space and bandwidth than ever before, and soon we'll be upgrading to an even larger package with way more than enough features.

If there is interest, I'd add some more stuff over-time - But, I'm thinking the best way is to keep it simple (well, advanced.. but simple appearance).

Sounds like a great idea. I'll add links in my FAQ once you're ready which should gain you a fair bit of publicity

Publicity was never a problem, hence all the bandwidth exceeded things in the past... Finding the time to work on it: Thats the problem. It won't happen overnight, but redoing/replacing F2S has been on my todo list for 2006, so I will get to it.
