Sectorgame

Hey, everyone.

I'm relatively new to Freespace, though I've already played through he majority of SP campaign. I'm still somewhat clueless about the FS universe, so I'd like all you FS junkies out there to give me a list of mods that you recommend or particularly enjoy.

And as an aside, is there a mod out there lets a pilot use any ship in the game for whatever mission? Because I personally think that using an Erinyes early on would be friggin' awesome.

Are you play the original game or have you downloaded and installed FS2_Open? Cause if you've played the original the first thing you should do is get hold of FS2_Open and replay the main campaign again. It wil be barely recognisable

As far as I know no one has edited the main campaign to allow all ships. It's a pretty easy thing to do yourself if you wish though. The main reason that no one has done it is simply cause it's rather a repeatative task rather than any difficulty involved.

If you want I can talk you through how to do it. I might ask that you put it up for download once you're finished though
