I hate paypal

Sold my x-files dvds (£100, ta very much) and tried to transfer the proceeds from paypal into my bank account where i can actually use it.
paypal said the transfer failed and helped themselves to £14 (ta very much) but have made no attempt to explain why it failed. I could try again, but if it "fails" again that's another 14 squid. Or the dosh can stay put and um, do nothing.
FECKERS!!

Have you tried e-mailing them to ask what the hell happened to your money?

Paypal's been giving me errors, too, lately. A friend of mine in the netherlands couldn't get his EVE payment sent through paypal and kept getting an error, so he was gonna send me the money and let me try, but I was getting the same error. Pain in the ass, that.

I just sold a phone for £100, and transferred the funds to my account with no problems (or change) at all. I'm a Premier member. Does that count for anything?
