I saw Mission Impossible 3 last night

All explosions and headaches, heh. TDVC hasn't been released in the UK yet, but I wondered if it had been in the US.
I'm currently reading the book and so far I'd say it's "okay".

I like the book. I read it a couple of years ago.
The TDVC movie starts this Friday, May 19. Ummm... IM3 is the movie I won't pay to see in the theater. What I would like to see next after TDVC is X3

It will be out on the 26th.

It's odd that the whole thing got started by lines that were added to the Bible by the Catholic Church in the first place. Besides

(The Whole Mary Magdelane/Blood of Christ thing)
Personally, I think DaVinci was a genius, not a conspiritalist and the 'code', be it book or film, is completel tosh. And that's from an atheist

I read the book about halfway through...at which point my mind could no longer ignore the gigantic logic gaps, suspension of disbelief snapped, and I basically rejected it as crap.

Initial reviews of the film are described as "lukewarm".

anyone else think it's funny watchning the church trying to dismiss a book based on hearsay and assumptions (or so I'm told that's what it's based on) without a hint of irony.....

Yeah, well the book and movie are both fiction. It's just that so many people miss that fact.
If you want a laugh at the church and bible, just open up a history book and read about how they made the new testament and progressed through the times.

I saw it. It was okay I suppose, though extremely rushed from the very beginning. Good soundtrack though.
Apart from that the only bad part I feel is that it seems like a constant police getaway scene all the way through
