Edit: The chat room has been trashed in favour of a chatbox. It's not quite a shoutbox, but not quite a chatroom either. Find it by scrolling to the bottom of the forum index. You need to be a registered forumite to join! Happy chatting.
I've also added a Tag / Shout box.

Weird, it scrolls backwards in Firefox but not in IE. Love bugs.
