Yep, I've decided to give Descent III another chance. For years it's been collecting dust, just sitting there, but now that I have joystick that has changed. This was one of reasons why I never played the game was because it simply was hard just using a keyboard to control my ship and that I also had a slow comp back then.

Anyways I'm having fun, I still bump into walls, but not as much as I did in the past.

Cool. And, with new computers, it looks pretty too.

OpenGL FTW. Anyways, I've patched to 1.4 but I've heard that theres a 1.5 version?

Also how would I do multiplayer?

Though you can get started with the website d3.descent.cx which basically lets you jump straight into games. Vortex is a program you can download that enables you to chat with players and also use the same game tracker to join games.
