can someone plz tell me how to get the objective to show at the left side of the screen(during playing, you know like "destroy turret"... etc). and how do u get the hp stats to show on the right side the screen?
so if u experts of fred 2 that can help me. ty very much.

Sounds like yuo need to join the academy.

The hp stats ie escorts is done by going into a ships 'misc' area and ticking the 'escort' button.

Objectives are done using sexps in the objectives menu, not entirely sure off the top of my head. But I think its something like adding them in there and tying them in with the game objectives stuff.

The walkthough does cover both of these things (You really should work your way through it, it's fantastic) but seeing as how I'm a good mood I'll answer this time

Directives are done my making an event in the events editor that will trigger when the directive is true. For instance you'd use when-is-destroyed-delay-0-cancer if you wanted to have a directive come true when cancer wing was destroyed. The Directive text box directly below the events themselves is where you put the text you want to show up onscreen.

The escort list is much easier. Click on the ship you want to appear. Go into the ships editor >> Misc Properties, tick the escort ship box and change the escort priority. The three ships currently present in the mission with the highest priority will be the ones who show up.

I believe you owe karajorma a couple of hugs after that radioactivewaste.
