Quick! Name this cartoon!

...you've reminded me of that cartoon that used to be on CITV. Sort of a generic fantasy good versus evil thing, but one of the good guys was a yellow fish/dog thing, and one of the other characters was a sort of lizard mad scientist with lots of pairs of glasses running the length of his snout, and thr big bad guy was also some sort of lizard, I think.
Might've been called The Moon Stone or something.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm on about?
The animation style was similar to that of The Racoons, iirc.
It's bugging me. Can't remember what it was really called. And I won't be able to sleep otherwise. I'm hoping somebody knows. >_<

The many spectacled character was called 'Urpgor' and said 'Yeth Marthter' a lot....
Damn... what was the name?
