Well, been inactive since Sat night. Seems I got somekind of problem with my stomach or something there - Its also provoking panic attacks, meaning I have to do steady breathing to calm down... I dunno what it is since I didnt get it checked yet, though the Doc on the phone said gastritus. Dont really feel any pain, just a heavy, numb feeling. Im passing lots of wind and belching, so I guess thats good. And when I move (get up, lay down, whatever) my stomach kinda feels weird and triggers a panic attack, but if I just breathe steady and stay calm it goes away (the feeling in the gut goes away, but the heavyness remains). I guess its somekind of indigestion from MacDolands garbage, but Ive had it 24 hours now and needless to say the panic attacks are very scary. Last night it felt like I was shutting down or something, but it turns out that feeling is just triggered by the panicing. Typical, was gonna go out tuesday...

Just rest and get through it. No need working yourself up about it. From what I've heard (though damned if I can remember from where) Gastritis is fairly common, and pretty harmless, just very very irritating.
It's only Sunday. You should be over it by Tues for sure.

Sorry to hear it. I hope it wasn't anthing I did on Saturday... Though I doubt it I hope you get better, and get over it quickly!!!

Sounds like anxiety to me, I get that from time to time, it's usually when you have loads to do and can't get motivated to even start

Ended up going to the hospital since the doc said it could be appendicitus - But turns out was/is just a stomach bug (I woke up in a sweat this morning). Got some meds and feeling bit better already.. Still, doesn't look like can make my date tomorrow!

I'm sure your date will understand... Get better so I can make another failed attempt to beat ya!

Well, guess I won't be going on a date afterall.. But thats ok... I'll see her again next week. Went to the docter, he thinks I have inflamation of the stomach which is causing acid reflux-thingy. Been given some special prescription medication.

Aw.

Tough break dude. There always another day though.
