does anyone know where there are anceint ships i can get that are made from scratch other then those made by Bobboau (which i already have) and/or how to get the pack made by Woomeister & Inferno to download?

AFAIK the Inferno ones are the only other Ancient ships around (at least on general release). When you say "how do you get it to download", what problem are you having exactly?

The R1 Ancients ships are free for the use of all; there's also a shielded version of the AF Kato and some duplicate Ancients craft to be found on Hades Combine.

There's two Ancients fighters in the Nukemod Beta, haven't checked to see what they look like or if they're full functional...most of the rest of it isn't.

And apparently the R1.5 Inferno Ancients ships are being held for sideprojects unknown by Woomeister.
