Whoa! I used to draw these in school when I was about six! If I had a boring class, I'd crank one of these out over the course of a couple of hours. There'd be a load of us on a table, and we'd all draw our own, but have them link together so we'd end up with one huge one.
God, that's sad. But it was fun nonetheless.

OUCH. My head hurts. That could also be because I've been writing a paper for 4 hours. But, I'm gonna blame it on the blue ball machine

You realized you've just condemned all of us to listening to that music for twenty minutes while we try to make sense of this thing, right?

I loved that game. The only copy I had, though, was for windows 3.1, and I could never get it to run on 98.

I still want it.

Have you tried Compatibility mode with Windows 95? Might work.

Eh, It's been so long I don't have the floppy any more.
I think I did try that, though. It's 3.1 only.

Ah, The Incredible Machine, one of my favorite games of all time.

I had the 3.0 version, which came on CD-ROM and featured a kickass redbook soundtrack; I'll have to post a sample of it someday. There are still a few puzzles I've never been able to solve, almost ten years since I first played it, but I've never once looked at a strategy guide; I'm finishing this one on my own.
Edit: Wow, I didn't realize HOTU had that version on there as well as the original. Very nice!

Now I'll really have to post that soundtrack in Sharesector; I couldn't imagine the game without it.
