As an extension of the other polls, let's see how long everyone takes to get ready in the morning.

I like the last option, it doen't define a certain amount of time.

Somewhere between infinity and infinity+1, that'd be.

Hunter, are you doing a really lazy piece of market research for gilette or something? Or just planning an easy stalking routine?

Just feeding the bowels.

Most likely the latter....

Around an hour for me....mostly cause I have two things that other people normally dont worry about: tying a turban and my beard. The latter, especially, is troublesome and can go upto a half-hour sometimes (no kidding) and gives a new meaning to the saying 'bad hair day'

So, yeah. No go stalk someone else :p

I set my alarm for a quarter to nine if I have a nine o clock class. It generally takes me 10 minutes to get out of bed. I'm never more than 5 minutes late.

I presume you live on campus.

I have to face an hour train ride into Brisbane city every bloody day I have uni on and have decided its worth rocking up.

So yeah I usually allow an hour at least before my train ride because it often takes me 20 minutes just to crawl out of bed. :p

My morning routine:
- Wake
- Wake
- Get up
- Climb out of bed
- Use the shithouse
- Grab some breaky and have my berocca
- Shave
- Brush Teeth
- Hair
- Change clothes
- Grab my uni s### and make sure I've got everything
- Off to the station

I'm a night shower person only. Unless I've got a bit of a hangover or I was drinking the night before, or I just plainly feel like crap. :p

I'm getting shaving down to under nearly 3 minutes now-a-days. Isn't always as smooth but it gets the point across.

I'm thinking about getting a nice quality electric shaver for myself one day soonish. Just use a blade every once in a while, or both when I'm going out hunting. :)

Shaving has a point to get across?

Yeah, that I made an effort to appear clean shaven.

I have to be clean shaven for work too, and often I'm running late in that regard so I need to be able to compact my morning routine when need be.

Probably around 20 minutes, ten of which are devoted to stirring my ass out of bed. :P Like Grug, I'm usually a night shower person, unless I really need one; it always made much more sense to me to fall asleep nice and clean than go to bed with all of the day's sweat on you. Give me five or so minutes for getting changed, five more for brushing my teeth, then it's off to breakfast and whatever incredibly boring class I happen to have that day. On Tuesdays/Thursdays, I skip breakfast and hit up lunch after my morning class. As for Saturdays...2PM+ is an ideal sleeping length. :D

If I really do all of the "Wake up, shower, shave, s###, do my hair, etc" routine, then I'll probably be well over an hour. Hell, I take 20 minutes in the shower and another 30 shaving, just to make sure I get everything (and yes, that is just my face and neck).

So... I figured what the hell, I'll just vote "I'm a girl" and not worry about it.

Guess I should have voted for the girl one too, doh! :P

I 'voted I'm a girl' mainly for the result skewing ambiguity of having more votes than female members.

Although I've just screwed that notion up by posting this.

Blast.

Damn you submit button, my mortal foe!

Takes me 15 minutes to get out of bed, and then annother 10 or 15 for me to get dressed, brush my teeth, and head downstairs. I shower in the evenings, and as said in the other thread, don't shave.
