Got assfrig pwnt in a badger in a hostile area... I put up a half-assed defence... The claok nearly had me safe, till his buddy warped in and landed 1500m from me (they followed me from a gate, and i failed to warp to a different range as i had already warped when i saw them)... They didn't get the pod, but most of my stuff survived (it was nearly all ammo i needed to survive in 0.0 for a little bit)... An Irom M bpo (not a big loss, they're cheap), 7500 heavy missiles (2.5k of widowmaker, thunderbolt, and havoc, again, not a huge loss), some cheap skills (torpedos, cruise missiles, gallente cruiser), 30k Iron M and a cheap-ass cloak. Now obviously i knew i was taking a risk (though i had asked for an escort, and was denied, but oh well)... And even though i lost it, it was a clean act of piracy.

But as my pod warped to a moon (which turned out to have a firnedly pos by sheer luck, and had i remembered that, well... might not be posting this) they started smack talking me. "next time bring a T2 bpo nub" and "come back here so i can own you again sucker". I hadnt said a word to them since the kill. (and it wasnt even the two killers talking, it was their corpmates that just arrived) But really, why would they need to have an attitude at me? Yup, they followed me from a gate and ganked me. Not a hard task when your target is a 150m/s outlaw industrial imo. But still, i sincerely doubt that it required gloating and smacking :\ ...


I lost more time than money though... 8 jumps into my 15ish jump trek is where it happened, so i wasted an hour safely getting that far.

Oh, and the first guy who scrammed me was a 2 week old FNA guy, and the corp that got me was 2 weeks old in general (with older players)...



So, i'm left with my BC in 0.0 without ammo till i grab bpo's... Which is more time...

You have to worry about people who pat themselves on the back for killing a practically unarmed freighter Personally, I think you should live up their expectations and draw them out again with a few buddies waiting in the wings this time

Yeah, my Eve at the moment seems to be all about waiting, I hear stripminers in my sleep, I really am learning to loathe them

Well, i'm not mad about the kill, since i've done the same to people... Hell, i'd have congradulated them with a nicely timed warp in that uncloaked me if they hadnt done that... I might still congradulate the 2 killers privately, or not... dunnow

I'd have waited for the escort. If they don't have time to do that, why are you with them?

I asked yesterday night, and people just couldnt be arsed to help. I waited overnight (as i wasnt going to get far anyway that late), and they were all busy killing some pirate hunter who doesnt have the brains to leave our area after countless times of her being killed (i think she need a career change, but thats just me ).


The other issue, is taht as long as i'm an outlaw, someone could shoot me, but my escort couldnt help... (as it is, even if i hadnt had an escort, i had 350 shield, 500 armor, and 300 structure, and only lasted a few seconds, not long enough to even lock on)...

Its syndicate, the armpit of 0.0. This is why i keep local minimized and set the blink off. If they try and convo me i'd jack up the CSPA to about 1 million

EDIT: seems the limit is 100k... That'd be jsut plain evil for some W0R person to try to gang me though...

That thing that yo have to pay to mail someone... You can change the amount by right-clicking the inbox tab... I removed it altogether on Hippo a while ago, and its nice to see somoene else who doesnt have it on too... Especially when you have to gang like 4 or 5 people, and money is really tight...

umm, i've never paid more than 100 isk to send a mail or gang someone. Far less since I seldom gang with folk who aren't on my Buddy List(all 38 of them)

neither have I, but the option to increase it is there
