I realize this'll make me the butt of every joke from now to eternity, but...

If I wanted to check out SGC activities for consideration of joining, where might i do this?

Top station in Renyn is where most everyone is based, a lot of newer guys (N1GT and some other beginners) stay around renyn/ours doing missions and mining. Theres some occasional trips into 0.5 and 0.6 for ice or rare's, but i'd say the majority of it is done in the renyn area...


And actually, you'd be proving yourself not someone who resigns to live their life in the NPC corps, so i doubt there'd be any jokes made...

I was actually thinking observation of a group activity. Since the largest group i've ever been a part of was a 12 person group of current and recent UC members who went down to a 0.4 to punish a rat for blowing up a 2 day old and then being a dick about it. We never did find that bugger. But we had 2 thorax, a celestis, a ferox and about 8 more ships that wanted a piece of him.

I'm not saying don't defend yourself, but I don't go looking for trouble either.

If I lose a ship, it's a blow that I have a very hard time recovering from, insurance or not.

You have an apparently large corp who will happily frag people until you have enough stuff for a new ship.
