They are ingame. I've seen one, but what they do is totally unknown. They have unlimited hitpoints, and just come out of absolute nowhere at long range.

I actually saw one in combat once...'twas quite impressive. Somebody got uppity and shot at it. It returned fire and blew a Megathron to bits with one shot.

Those things can take out a Dreadnought in one shot. They tend to hover around lo-sec making sure everyone is....well, not behaving themselves
