Hi everyone, I'm new.

I was wondering if any people have tried the Terran/Vasudan/Shivan guantlets (they're single missions in FS2) and at what difficulty level most people can beat them in, and with what ships.
I myself can beat them under very easy in *almost* any ship, and under easy for some ships. I sometimes manage to beat them under medium if I am flying a Ulysses. I always do better with the light fighters than heavy assault or bombers.

So what about the rest of you guys? What are your best ships, and what difficuly can you manage?

I've only ever seen Gauntlets on Multi. Are you using Game of the Year edition?

I got through the Shivan Gauntlet on Medium; the others only on Easy. It's mainly because the Shivan cruisers lack flak guns and their AAA beams have limited arcs.

they're single player in FS1, and multi there too (but a hell of a lot harder)... they're out in multi with vanilla fs2 as well

Yeah I forgot to mention that is the game of the year edition.
