Not exactly, but yes, the SR-71 is a major design influence.

The overall length is a lot shorter, though.

Put a huge bomb bay underneath so it can be a carpet bomber. ^_^

It has three weapons bays, actually. Two 'drop bays' on the wings and one forward bay where that hard stop on the centerline is.
