I just got an email, supposedly from Hunter, which had the title mentioned above and the following body text

"Please read the attached document and follow it's instructions."

I smell a rat - can you confirm you didn't send it Hunt?

I don't send e-mails. I just reply to them. Any e-mails I do send are usually personal from my hotmail.

Have a look at the message info in Outlook and see where it come from (IP, Address, etc)

i get a few of those at work. apparently someone is spoofing service@<my company's domain name>, but there is none :blah:

i continuously get "Some old guy has died and has no living heirs. for some obscure reason, we need to transfer his savings from our bank to another bank. we would like to use your bank account to transfer the funds. you will recieve a large sum of money if you help us. to help, please send all of your personal and banking details to our address."

I hate that kind of spam / con mail. Luckily I get very few spam mail.

It is very easy to send a fake email. If you dont believe me send me your email address and I will prove it to you.
