Why should there be any mercy? Whoever this is knows they're violating (almost) every rule of netiquette there is. You can't *do* crap like that and not know you're doing something that is, at the least, exceedingly impolite.

I believe it is because i managed to log onto that muslim account using the password 12345 (the pass. was the same at GW) and the registration email addresses were the same.
