Damn Korean Ska!

A looooong long time ago, I posted a link to a flash video on HLP which had a song called "She arrives" (Or some other translation from the original Korean). The song f*in rocked. So I searched and searched and searched for the files online, as I couldn't get it legally without buying it from a site I know very little to nothing about. (yesasia.com) Also, the few sites that do carry them are sold out. I guess they're popular. ;D

Anyways, I finally got the album, since only one person was sharing. Tracks three and 4 (which both rock, sadly enough) were cut short, but track 7 is slowly becoming my new favorite song.

If you can find it, Witches - Broomstick is an awesome album! Their song styles are varied with every track, their voices are cute as hell, and the songs for the most part are highly addictive! Only trouble is, they called themselves Witches... and the album Broomstick. You know how hard it is to find any information on them?! (I could have sworn they are all men, but asiandb.com and koreanpop.com both have them listed as female rock - very odd... more than likely wrong, too...)

Streaming version of all tracks are here (skip song 1, it's not so good):

I wish I could buy this album!

You found a copy! F**k I've been looking for that for ages for pretty much exactly the same reason.

Which filesharing network?

The animation based on it rocked too. The website it's on is http://www.sambakza.net/ but I don't read korean so I can't tell how to get at it. It's the flash animation with a cat and a rabbit for those who can.

Ahh, yes. I posted that link on HLP ages ago. Found it on a *cough*furry*cough* site...

I actually used Shareaza to get it, I think the network was eDonkey, but it took forever to get it. I still have the zipped file. But like I said, two tracks are incomplete. One of them being that song (She arives/there she is!/Ddautta) :sigh:

Want it?

Actually I managed to find a copy on Emule myself today. I'd looked on Kazaa quite a few times but it struck me when I saw this post that since I'd migrated to E-mule I'd never tried using it. :D

The version I got is slightly different from the versions on the site you posted but it's only the intro that's different :)

Anyway the hash for the version I have is ed2k://|file|Witches%20-%20Broomstick%20-%20Ddauta%20-%20Sambakza.mp3|4543424|C47F541356690C960D9C762ED90773ED|h=DG75FBHZWMI7J2GP2NDWRJSJC6H35WJG|/

If I can figure out how it works I'm more that happy to give you a friendslot to get it.

Wouldn't mind listening to the album though. What's the hash?

Err...

Well, the file I DLed was a zip file, it had the 11 tracks in MP3 form. I just posted that link for people to preview it.
I'm not 100% literate with these p2p proggies so I'm not sure what the hash was for it. Infact, I'm still looking for the original archive... Either way, I've already DLed it. That you managed to DL it already is amazing, as it took me about 4 weeks for someone to finally start sharing it. Only one source was ever listed... :|

Though hopefully your version has tracks 3 and 4 complete... So I'll try to DL that, too...

*edit* Ooh. I see. The file you have is just the fourth song! I DLed the entire album... I have that somewhere... hold on, and I'll see if I can get an ed2k link...

Try that. That *should* link to the one in my directory... I think. >.> I've never made a link before :p

*Edit* Apparently my router and firewalls both stop it from working... so I can give you a direct link if need be.

I only managed to get the She rose/She is coming song. I've found a copy of the album (I think) but there are only two sources for it at the moment.

I've added your link too. Even if I can't get it from you at least that way I know I have a verified link and can get it off of whoever you got it from (eventually).

Which server do you use for edonkey? I tend to hang out on Razorback2. with nearly a million other people using the same server it becomes easier to find someone with the file you want :D

I tend to use eMule, and I'll use any server I can get on. As far as I know, Shareaza doesn't let you choose the eDonkey server. Like I said, I can upload the album to my AotD pub directory for you. It'd take no time for me, since I have a fast connection. And I doubt an0n'd notice it...

A little tip for you two: Do a google on DC++. Great way for direct file transfers if you can set up a meeting. It also as a pretty nice search function, and you can get good speeds too.

There's just the slight issue of that little puddle between us. ;)

Anyways, here's a direct link. I'll take it down immediately after you get it. :)

Now you can be one of the three people who have this file.
But as I say, unfortunately, tracks 3 and 4 are cut short, so if you can get 4 online it'd be excellent. And if anyone knows how to download streaming audio, please let me know. ;)

View the source of the page, and save the file embedded?

Tried. It doesn't really let me...

I want to save

and

http://210.109.97.202/now12gayo/a3940104.wma

but they are mms:// linkings, which I don't know anything about... and save link as does absolutely nothing.

Got the file. Thanks a lot :)

You had any luck getting to one I shared? If not I should be able to clear some space on my webspace for you.

Ehh, that's the thing I hate about emule. I can never log onto a server... I'll have to try with shareaza later...
