Getting models out of .usx files.

I am using Maya 5 PLE for making my models and hit a bit of a problem. I can export my models into UnrealED 3 and save them in the .USX files but I can’t figure out how to export them out of unrealed to a format that other programs can use. Does anyone know how any programs that can read and export models out of that format?

Does 3dEx import usx files?
Man... what a waste of my 500th post here.

No. Deep Exploration (which seems to be the same thing as 3D Exploration) does not recognize the files.

Frankly, neither do I. I've never heard of the .usx format.

Edit: actually I should clarify this. .usx files actually hold multiple static meshes used by the Unreal engine.

Best bet is to ask discreetly around some of the more liberal UT boards. The last thing you want is for you, the person that helps you, and anybody else involved on the wrong side of Alias|Wavefront.

I will probably ask over at the Relic boards. I remember that some of them had figured out how to export the model into .obj format. Thanks for the help for those who tired though.
