As you might have noticed the dynamic servers were brought back online last week. Those of you running Perl may have also noticed that your Perl scripts are not quiet working yet. Perl still needs a bit of configuration in order to get it to work properly. However getting everyone able to log back into the servers is a higher priority at this time.

As for the password emails, they have not been sent out yet. Those of you who heard others had gotten theirs have been misinformed, no one has gotten anything as of yet. Please understand that the process to get everyone properly back online is major, and our technicians have been working around the clock and through the weekend to get the details fixed and the code written.

Things are looking good for the progress we made over the weekend, and we are confident that we will be able to start sending out the password change emails soon. We are hoping to be able to send out password emails tonight or tomorrow.

Many thanks to all of you for the dedication and patience you have shown as we get through this difficult episode, I really appreciate it. :-)

I just hope we didn't lose too many talented FREDers, Moders, and coders over this prolonged blackout. Perhaps some have already gone through their withdrawl symptoms, gotten over it, and moved on to something else. [-o<

I fail to see why half the time the Sectorgame FS2 community likes to complain about the troubles of a completely different website :P

It only takes 5 minutes of downtime and we get..

"HLP d0wn! - Help!"
"HLP Down Again"
"Sigh. HLP"

Stop bloody complaining :P

Nah. Who's willing to bet that Blaise Russel releases another campaign of his the day after HLP comes back up? :p

I don't want any of that action. He'll probably fill in the blank between the end of Sol: A History and Inferno R1.

Too bad we can't have him do the rest of the TVWP missions. :doubt:
