Because there's still a lot left to do, so once i'm done with the fs1 version, it'd be nice if the conversion is almost done... And if you look at the thread that i released the demo in, few people bothered to play it, and i got 3 emails, 2 thinking it was fs2, and one that thought it was for Descent 1... O.o
