I finally got scripting to work.
BUt... Does anybody know anything on paths?
How do you get custom ships able to be selected?
I have a switch, that when hit does it's animation and shuts off a forcifield, but when shot/hit again it turns onn the force field. What am I doing wrong?

I've never really worked much with paths, but I know that in D3edit (not DALLAS) there's a path toolbar. Use it to place path nodes and name them, then I think you can set up paths in DALLAS.
As for the forcefeild coming back on, the forcefeild action you used probably was 'toggle' wich means the first time it does on/off then the second time it does the opposite of what the first thing was so off/on. That's my guess anyway.
As for the link to the tut, it is blocked by the school so I can't get to it. I'd be nice if one of y'all could, save, then send the page to me. Thanks if you do. (My adress is listed in my profile.)

Yes I saw the PM's, thanks, they've helped alot. I was able to sneak in the net at my house, and I was about to download Reactor Gamma but it was 10 MB. And even with my dad's DAP it would've taken...a lot of time.

In D3Edit, the "paths toolbar" only has "operate on game paths" and the separate BNode option. When I try to insert a 'game path' node in the same way as a vertex, it says "no current path" and does nothing else. How do you really insert nodes?
What you gotta do is
1. be in the Current Room View
2. Open 'Path Toolbar' and select 'Game Paths'
3. When you go to make a path you must press SHIFT + Insert and type the name for the path then from then on you'll add to the currently selectd path. And you can manipulate the nodes like objects.
