I'm afraid that building another train would be more cost efficient than attempting to put the original train back onto the track and repairing it. In effect, this thread is total'd.

What kind of fitness regime Roanoke?
Oh and LMAO off at the Daniel Jackson follow ons as well as the pic.

I've got a large chest so I'd like the muscly pecs and rock hard six pack for a gut.
Once I get my new Aasic shoes I'm gonna *try* and start jogging in the mornings or somehting too.
With luck I might find a local jogging buddy, maybe even a nice looking chik...

Well it's pretty much shafted untill I either get my car back or replace it, but it's a general "stop eating s###" style lifestyle change to go with my new found enthusiasim for Karate.
Totally stopped eating bread and processed food, not to mention fuzzy drinks and the like. I was feelin' pretty good till I found my motor gone.

Ah.
I've actually found I'm eating more recently. I actually eat breakfeast and lunch. Probably because I'm doing a lot more physical activity now-a-days.
Speaking of which, there's been a delay on my shoes, so I'm kind of irked. Sigh.
Ah well, weight session tonight. I'll probably have to go easy because a) my back is sore from my fucked up matress and b) first day of work in the morning.
Ah well. BTW. Berocca rocks!

It's a cliche, but I've found eating something for breakfast (Shreddies, Wetabix, whatever) is a good idea.
