S4 will air in April both in the US and UK. As for the DVD, I'd imagine around August. But Season 4 is being split into two, so you'll have to wait until next year for the final ten episodes. Also a new miniseries is being planned as a pilot to a spinoff series set 50 years before BSG.

'ave there been any more DVD releases recently ? Such as razor ? And when is S4 DVD penciled in for release ?
Razor was released at xmas. Look for the unrated version, though - it has some added scenes for DVD only (Universal paid extra money for them to be added on top of the broadcast version). The first Cylon War flashbacks (whilst brief) are especially sweet.
EDIT; also, the
Caprica spinoff (supposedly very different to BSG, focusing somewhat on dramatic machinations) has reportedly been greenlighted for straight-to-series, skipping the pilot stage.

Ooops. It's getting a pilot; there had been rumours of straight-to-series based on the writers strike-related script shortage.

Yeah I could just google/ebay it but where's the fun in that ?

S4 (the first half) will be released in December, sadly.
