If we're partying in 2008, well:

2008 = Black Wolf will have graduated and have money.

2008 = Black Wolf plans to be in Europe anyway (Specifically the Netherlands to visit Big Pim (Last years flatmate), but I can swing through the UK)

2008 = Black wolf will probably come.

Will Black Wolf still be referring to Black Wolf in the third person? Also, Black Wolf had probably not go by the moniker Black Wolf when introducing Black Wolf to customs personnel, lest they think Black Wolf is an international terrorist/man of mystery. :)
