Funnily enough that's what most people would call cheating
To be honest at this point I think I've won the argument as far as any onlookers are concerned. I'm only continuing out of a morbid curiosity to see at what point he'll realise he's being ridiculous.
In the battleship argument it went as far as him questioning where I got my percentages from when I said that I was 100% certain that the maxim was meant to have a 3km range and not the 800m he thought it should have been.

I really don't know what happened there. Perhaps everyone just forgot about it, but it seems horribly stupid that you've got the thing everyone has wanted for ages and nobody's paying attention.
