Something partially relevant to this thread:

I'm starting to do weights again. Holy s### I was aching all over today.

Gimme a month and I'll have a nice upper torso and six pack. I'm aiming for a 'Daniel Jackson' type of torso. (If you watch Stargate that is)
Working the legs a bit too for when I go hiking. :)

Working out is great fun. Tis good to feel my pecs tense again. :p

What weights?

As in bench press, curls, extentions, and a few others I can't remember at the moment.

Since I'm only just starting out again I'm not lifting much, just toning the muscles for the bigger stuff laterz... :)

On a side note, I'm kind of cut as I've had to learn how to convert Pounds to Kilo's because of the old weights and books being in pounds... :(
Food for thought: 1 kg = approx 2.2 pounds
So 22 pounds is about 10 kilo's.

See I'm getting the hang of it! :D :p

I know that feeling. Nothin' worse than workin' up a good physique then slowly seeing it disappear when you can't train (for whatever reason). Plus going back and trying to get back up to speed (ie only being able to do max 10 push ups as apposed to 30, 6 months previous)

I like that 2 day achey feeling in your legs & shoulders. Feels like I've done something worthwhile. Plus, while I'm usually too knacked to do more than a slow jog, I actually feel more alert and less lethargic.

I love that feeling in my stomach... but I think that may just be a bit of sado massochism poking out( ). Either way, it's great motivation to keep it up :p

I suggest a 'Jack O'Neill' ( :love10: ) torso instead.

IIRC Jackson is average... also that pic isn't so great.

Btw you have a crush on RDA or just O'Neill? Cause you know, a friend of mine, whose name is also Jack, is kinda similar! Same kinda dry humour. Hehe.

But mm.. I'd like to see the new Season 9 Docter in.. certain lights. She is niceeeee :P

Someone I know wants a Chris Angel type body. But since I haven't watched TV in months, I have no idea what that looks like :p

Mostly RDA; he's awesome and such a great actor. He played MacGyver :love7: too.

You do know that Doctor Lee is General Landry's daughter? I miss Doctor Fraiser, she was cool.

Yes. When you get shot, you either grunt, scream, or just keel over. She went ugh, then keeled over. :p
