EDIT; I already pointed out that treatments exist to prolong the life of AIDS sufferers from 10-20 years, a number that is constantly increasing. In some cases, it can take 12 or more years for HIV to develop into AIDS, as well.
Presumably, KW, in the event of an outbreak of avian flu, lassa fever, ebola, you'd also advocate the execution of all sufferers rather than even attempt treatment?
The entire history of medical science is based around a single principle - do no harm. You'd suggest abandoning that on the basis of...well, nothing really. Because it's hard? Because you blame the patient for contracting a disease?
I sincerely doubt you'd be suggesting concentration camps for sufferers of HIV/AIDS if it wasn't spread by sexual contact (as well as other fluid exchange, such as in blood). And it's already pretty obvious why your plan/s wouldn't be effective, anyways.
