All right, I'm attempting to configure a Celestis for anti-interceptor (Crow) PVP. Hippo knows why. Anyways, somebody give me a critique on this config.
Highs: 2 Assault Missile Launchers, 2 named medium Nos.
Mids: 1 named (X5 Prototype) webber, 1 -2 scram, 1 kinetic shield hardener, 1 named (C-5L) medium shield booster, 1 named (Fixed-Link) cap recharger
Lows: 1 named (Mag Vortex) damage mod, 1 named (I-A) small armor repper, 1 kinetic plate

You may want to fit another web. Probably drop the cap charger for it. Other than that, he's screwed if you can get 2 webs and nos on him.

A target jammer (Gravimetric/Spatial Destabilizer) may be helpful too, throw him a little curveball

Hey Luciferus, welcome to the board 
Ospreys are good for mining mostly, I tend to use 2-3 mining lasers and 1-2 launchers for belt rats. If you're after combat, get a Caracal instead, at your current levels, it's probs the best combat cruiser you can get

Ospreys are really only good for mining. 3 Miner IIs and a mining upgrade module is usually all that can fit on it (if you can even fit a mining upgrade module). The rest of the lows should be expanders or nanofibers, depending upon how much ore you're pulling in. If you're solo mining where rats are, bring along a bunch of light drones and drop the mining upgrade for a cpu or two and use it to fit shield boosters/extenders.
Caracals are fun. If you're just doing L2s, you'll only need assault bays. Probably a pair of sensor boosters to speed up locking time, a medium shield booster, an afterburner, and a cap charger. In the lows, you should be able to fit 2 ballistic control systems.

I saw somebody in an Exequror try to solo a 3/10 once.

Exqueror might as well be called the itty -1, damn thing wasted some of my money when i first started using cruisers
