I'm in the process of looking for an apartment. Right now I'm down to a good option, a brand new apartment with all fittings except a bed and TV. Key money (money which is returned when you move out) is $2000 US Dollars, monthly rent is about $400. Student housing costs $400 a month, and with that I'd have to share a bathroom. The problem is that place is on a hill, so it needs five minutes walking up a steep hill from the bus stop.
