Careful there, you don't want the nuts to germinate from your nasal cavity

7 to 8 hours is perfectly normal until your well into your thirties, I can get by on 6 now, but I never used to.
Couple of things I'd suggest from waking up with a headache. Sleep with the Window open, and getter lower tog Duvet, overheating at night is usually what causes it.
Also, if needed turn off the central heating in your room, they tend to come on around 6am in most UK houses, which heats the bedroom up and can have the same effect as not opening the window

* Good duvet check
* Windows open more than anyone else check
* Never use central heating at night (even winter)
It's probably the fact that the sun shines in my room most mornings, right onto my head..

Yeah, that could very well be doing it, or possibly drinking vodka at 5pm
I'm lucky as in my room doesn't get sunlight until the early afternoon, unfortunately, this also means that I need the light on in my room in the morning, because it gets so dark, really need to change the blinds for curtains, they let in so much more light.
Good God... I sound way too domesticated....

I often wake up with a headache if I drink or not. And I'm someone who rarely drinks.

That being said though, I've had a form of congestion for nearly a year now. I've currently taking a nose spray, but it's useless. The Doctors again, are of no help.

I think he has been on Headz.
No flooding down here luckily, I live on a massive hill.
