I once heard a good explaination for that. When you're 5 years old a year is 1/5th of your life and an even bigger percentage of what you can remember. So it's a very long time. By the time you reach 30 it's not such a huge chunk. The memories you formed in that year are only a small percentage of the memories you have in your head so it seems to have gone by quickly.

It's worrying really. The last few years have just zoomed by. =S
Though, part of the reason may be loss of brain cells through continuous usage of narcotics.

Though I slowly climb towards the big 30... once aldo hits it, I know I'm in trouble.

I think I'm mostly okay now, but when I was younger my nose would always be clogged.
