Not replaced... supplemented I guess. Beer is still cheaper and vastly more popular - I personally prefer bundy though.

And the 0539 is there to see how long it takes people to notice it

It's doable, just not advisable. Rum shots while camping are quite common...

OP rum goes down much more smoother for shots.

Bundy Draught is usually served in a Pot.

No one's saying that people still don't use prohibited substances on campus, just that the official policy prohibits them in the first place. And, last time I checked, my parents are spending multiple thousands of dollars a year to get me a good education and a career, not for me to get completely plastered/stoned.

That's just an added bonus!
