Re: The Community Down Thread
242Ok so that wasn't it. But it doesn't have to be you that's infected to be flagged for spam. It could be the last person to have your IP, or somebody could've used your IP in forged headers for spam. Most websites don't do that kind of filtering (I've only ever seen PD.net do it, but I know others do), so you likely wouldn't see it elsewhere. Just an FYI.BloodEagle wrote:It was definitely site-specific (not on my end). It said something about HLP/Their Host being partnered for some sort of 'awareness program', claiming that I had a virus and that I needed to click some link to fix it.
It didn't affect any other website, and my machine appears to be clean. I haven't seen it since that one time, either.
Re: The Community Down Thread
244I've seen similar backup problem on Saturday if I recall correctly.
Re: The Community Down Thread
247It isn't loading for me either and I just saw it mentioned in this thread. I hope HLP always has backups and doesn't lose anything of progress, even its files stored on other sites.
Re: The Community Down Thread
248I've seen this redirect before. I think it's something from the server's host.

Re: The Community Down Thread
249The main site was loading for me earlier, but I was getting an OpenDNS error page when trying to access the forums. Must be a host thing.
A.K.A. Mongoose, for you HLP denizens
Re: The Community Down Thread
250Back up now. And it looks like complete default.
