Some might be european, in which case they are definitely 18 or over. European (especially northern ones) tend to look a lot younger even in their 20's when comparing with say, girls from Texas. There are exceptions to every rule ofcourse. But I guess it's a combination of diet, climate and lifestyle.

But that's the thing, there are some girls out there who are 14 and look 20, and some who are 24 and look 14. What a logistical nightmare. However, according to laws, so long as they are not provocative poses in any way, you technically aren't breaking any laws - So if one of those girls happens to be under 18, I think considering they aren't nude nor erotic, then I'll keep them there.

Not just girls, some guys look very young too
