I would've thought that the name would have been obvious. The skit and character that Christopher Walkin was playing was called "The Trivial Psychic". It was kinda a takeoff on a psychic character he'd played in a previous movie, who would see horriffic events in people's futures, when he shook their hand. In this skit, he would instead see inconsequential events in their imediate futures. Like, "You're gonna forget your coffee on top of your cab!", or "You're gonna eat your ice-cream too fast and get an ice-cream headache!", but he always treats it like its some sort of serious traumatical event.

As to why I've got "The Trivial Psychic" as a nickname, well... that's another story.

Later!

I think Rudy Giulliani did a paradoy of that... ;)

But there was a 'The Continental' skit by him too, where the camera is a lady friend of his and he's trying to court her, but scares her away...

MS - get Max. I can run you through the basics of FS related rendering over IM (converting pofs, applying glowmaps, inserting backgrounds setting up lights and cameras etc.) and there are thousands of online tutorials for more advanced things.

Will gMax do? That's the free version that they distribute with some games...

Unfortunately not - the reason they can give GMax away for free is that they pulled all the rendering code out of it.

there IS no ram!!!! some people said 'hey, make it so it can RAM THINGS!' and i said 'get bent' or some other non-witty remark. :D

plus, i removed the left-side antennas, but so far im leaving the ones on the front, because i want to give you guys ONE more chance to try to like it...

and i added some radar dishes, which you guys probably wont like, but i think it makes it look mroe freespacey...

Uhm, Grim, how much 'addition' are we talking about here? And why are you adding radar dishes to the original design? None of the new FS2 models have radar dishes, so I don't get why you're saying that'll make it look 'Freespacey'... As a matter of fact, the only ships that have them are the Fenris/Leviathan (same model) and the Orion.

Also, what antennas are you talking about? *looks at original model* I don't see anything non-symmetric on the ship.

*sigh* nvm, i added 1 little radar dish, and i think it looks pretty cool, but thats all. the rest is just how that pic looks. sans the atnennae, of cource.

'left side antennae' were the ones on the rear engine module thing that nobody liked. i added em. now i took em off.

Okay, not a problem. I'm done complaining, now.

Did you take off the ones on the front, too? The ones that made it look like the Colossus?

Actually the Arcadia has rotating dishes on it too, and it's canon. That aside, I actually think it's the front spikes people have issue with; they look fine on a ship, just not on the Hecate, where they change the final dimensions.

*shrugs* Grim and I have already settled this one to our mutual satisfaction...

Besides, the Arcaida is technically a base, not a ship.
