When you've gained access to the small circular room on the main level as described above make yourself seen by any of the security cameras to activate the turrets behind the forcefield. Shoot the trigger above the camera to activate the forcefield's backup generator and shoot the forcefield. The turrets will now destroy the generator for your which disables the forcefield. Now you can enter the room and get all the goodies.
