And these are native English speakers? (You said they lived down the road, IIRC, so assuming their not fresh Indian/Pakistani/Afghan import, I assume they are native speakers.)

They don't back up the system? Go to Disneyland Hosting, at least that way you KNOW you're getting Mickey Mouse support
