Normally GS sends out an email to all their hosted sites whenever they plan to break something. I wouldnt be suprised if someone DOSed them.

Is it just HLP or the entire 3DAP domain?
Something funky is going on, I've been browsing around 3DAP.com to see if any of their other hosted sites are down.
Every other time I return to 3DAP.com I get this address instead of 3DAP:
wyciwyg://2/http://www.3dap.com/
I think they are being Hijacked or something.

Or you are getting hijacked... I don't have that problem.
I suggest you run a complete virus scan and adaware/spybot search on your computer. I've never seen the wyciwyg:// prefix in my life. The fact that it means "What you see(c?) is what you get", which is generally a website creator term, makes it a little weird.
