sort of. if the frame requires it, then it gets a seperate mission...
each Frame is FREDded, usually in the same mission though, to make things smoother and easier. Pretty much the same method is used here which I used in the cutscene I made earlier - co-ordinate manipulation and carefull positioning of the ships, along with 50% luck

I still haven't had a chance to see that cutscene I keep forgetting to grab it when I'm back home.

don't. its a shoddy piece of work that I dont want anyone to see atm, especially since SCP has become 40-50 times better than the time it was recorded

For a patrol boat, I would have used something different - maybe a poseidon (These can be mean when equipped with AAAf) but otherwise, very cool .

Maybe we should give him the Harpy. Now that's a mean SOB patrol boat. Especially to Tyrs.
