I am horribly amused this totally does not shock me at all. However I do note there are practical issues with supply (you're just never going to have very much at one time, Peter f#####g North be dammned). If it's not a book on snack foods it's a bit full of crap.

I tend to agree. Unless they think it's some kind of MSG style flavour enhancer.
